More about this price table
Read 2026-09-05. The current Japanese fares print a space before 円. For ride books and group fares, the adult price does not use the junior-high-and-older definition printed for regular and seasonal tickets. These are ropeway fares, not day-pass figures. Seasonal passes require a photograph; an optional photograph taken on site costs 200円.
Not listed here: Student and child ride-book prices; group fares for all but adults; child seasonal passes; child disability fares; the free preschool fare.

Hakkoda Ropeway · revised fare page and older FAQ
The fare page offers one-way, return, multi-ride and longer-period ropeway tickets; it does not list a day or four-hour skiing pass. Six-ride and eleven-ride tickets cannot be shared. Use the fare page marked revised from 1 August 2026 when checking prices: the FAQ still prints older ordinary fares. Preschool children are free under the ordinary-ticket table.

Read the local skiing rules before setting out
Hakkoda Ropeway ski courses · separate tour-route conditions
The operator describes the Direct and Forest courses as ungroomed terrain for intermediate and advanced skiers. Its tour routes lie outside the managed ski area, are not patrolled and finish away from the ropeway base. Read the linked local rules and confirm route openings before setting out. Nearby Hakkoda Kokusai is a separate ski area, so check its own ticket arrangements if that is your destination.

Check the last downward departure
Hakkoda Ropeway · published operating guidance
The FAQ distinguishes the last uphill trip from the later last downhill trip. Confirm the day's departures before leaving the base and check operating status again for the return. The operator can suspend service in severe weather and schedules an annual maintenance closure in November. A published seasonal time is not a guarantee that the ropeway will run on your visit.
