Children through elementary school are eligible for free lift and ropeway travel, but must collect a free ticket at the ticket office that day. The adult category starts at high school, with junior-high pupils listed separately. The four-hour product starts at purchase, so collect it when you are ready to use it. Confirm the coming season's terms before buying.

Bring your Webket purchase proof

Shizukuishi online tickets · published exchange instructions

The Webket guide asks visitors to bring the emailed two-dimensional barcode on a phone or as a printout for exchange into a lift ticket. It states a purchase deadline of 23:00 the previous day and says purchases cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. Confirm that the selected product is available for your visit; a saved barcode still needs to be exchanged.

Its older exact dates and the tariff's 2025–26 season-pass dates do not give a complete 2026–27 schedule. Use the course page for current lift status and the map link.
