The daily tariff still describes 2025–26, with 2026–27 web-day information pending. Its normal day ticket covers daytime lifts and excludes first-ride and night sessions. The FAQ says separate web multi-day tickets can be used on nonconsecutive days within the season; a gate passage consumes a use day. After collecting a two-to-five-day ticket, later days do not require another visit to the issuing machine or information desk. Recheck the new season's product terms before buying.

Find the collection QR in the webshop account's booking details. Web lift tickets can be collected at either area's resort-centre machine or counter; season passes require the counter and photo ID. Preschool children ride free but need an IC card and deposit, except when passing through the gate together in a baby carrier. Check the operator's separate lift-riding conditions. The page exempts recharge purchases from the additional deposit. The FAQ refunds a deposit only when the card is returned within the purchase season, excluding lost or damaged cards. A deposit return is separate from a ticket-fare refund. Confirm next season's child and card conditions before purchase.

Nekoma Mountain · planned 2026–27 operations and mixed-year guide

The guide plans north-area operations for 28 November 2026–9 May 2027 and south-area operations for 12 December 2026–4 April 2027, subject to snow conditions. These plans do not extend the old daily tariff's validity. Its 2026–27 information block still prints a night-date list starting in January 2026; that year conflict is unresolved. Use the official map and lift guide to plan your visit, and check dated operation and last-boarding information for the Nyalts connecting chair before moving between areas.
