The FAQ says a day ticket can be used until night skiing closes, and that ride and time tickets expire within the same season. The tariff still carries a 2025–26 heading. Confirm next winter's operating days and ticket terms before buying; the FAQ's usual early-December to late-March season is a general plan subject to snow and weather.

Snow play has its own admission

The FAQ requires the child/junior lift rate from age four and describes the category as through junior high school. Waku Waku Snowland has a separate admission charge and its own reception. A lift ticket can qualify for a Snowland discount, but the tariff excludes single-ride and multi-ride tickets from that offer. Check the current products before planning a mixed skiing and snow-play day.

The access page links winter and summer bus timetables plus a live bus-location service. Choose the timetable for your visit and allow for delays. The rental FAQ says hats and gloves are not rented, so bring them or plan to buy them. It also asks equipment sent by courier to arrive the day before use and directs collection to the rental corner.
