The ticket page's hour-point guide describes three-, five- and twenty-hour tickets used in separate one-hour blocks. Its IC-card conditions also say time tickets run continuously from first gate entry. These statements conflict, so confirm the rule for your chosen ticket before relying on breaks or split visits. The page still frames its ticket categories around 2025–26.

Arrange a card for children under four
Sapporo Moiwa local tickets · child and identification rules
The published junior category is age four to under 16 and requires proof of age. Children under four are free for ordinary personal use but still need an IC card from ticket staff and must ride with a guardian. Hokkaido-resident discounts require proof of residence. Tickets are personal and cannot be shared or lent.

Use the north entrance for rentals
Sapporo Moiwa arrival · access timetable still shows 2025–26
The FAQ directs rental users and people collecting shipped equipment to the north entrance. North and south entrances are on opposite sides of the mountain, with no pedestrian connection. The access page describes a Makomanai Station shuttle to the north slope but still prints the 2025–26 operating period. Confirm next winter's transport before planning your arrival.
