Hakkaisan · 2025–26 child offer and separate 2026–27 season plan
The 2025–26 tariff says children through elementary-school age ride free throughout that winter, but a dedicated ticket must be obtained from the lift-ticket office. Children below elementary-school age need an accompanying adult on lifts. The winter homepage separately plans 19 December 2026 to 28 March 2027; that announcement does not renew the older child offer. Check the next season's ticket conditions before relying on it.

Morning and afternoon tickets use fixed time windows
Hakkaisan local tariff · published 2025–26 ticket periods
The morning ticket runs from opening until 12:30. The afternoon ticket runs from 12:00 until closing, with sales starting at 11:30. The tariff separately lists one-way and return ropeway tickets and a single lift ride. Choose the product for your intended travel rather than treating every ropeway ticket as a full ski-day pass. Confirm current rules and lift operation before buying.

The official online guide says to bring the emailed two-dimensional barcode on a charged phone or as a printout, then exchange the electronic ticket for a lift ticket. It lists an online deadline of 23:00 on the previous day and does not accept changes, cancellation or refunds after purchase. Check the linked product's current deadline and conditions before paying, as this guide remains alongside the 2025–26 tariff.
